60 min intro consultation $150
During our first session, we will go through a comprehensive assessment, including your current diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, etc. Our consultation will be focused on helping you achieve your athletic goals by optimizing your nutrition and lifestyle. Following our session, you will receive your plan, which will include dietary guidelines, a meal plan and supplement considerations.
45 min follow-up $95
In our follow-up, we’ll catch up and and talk about how you’re doing with the recommendations, what’s working, what’s not, and how you’re tracking on your goals. We’ll make sure your plan is helping you work toward that goal and make adjustments where needed.
3 month package $375
Do you have a short to medium term goal you’re working toward? Perhaps you have a race coming up, a competition, or a specific event you want to make sure you’re ready for. This package is well suited for this type of objective and includes four 60-min sessions (can be broken down into shorter checkpoints/follow-ups). In person or via phone/Skype.
6 month package $600
An extended version of the 3-month package, this includes eight total sessions so we can work together to help you achieve a longer term goal. In person or via phone/Skype.
