what's nutrition coaching?
During our time working together, I'll act as your nutrition coach. What does that mean, exactly? Pretty much what it sounds like. I'm the person who's got your back. I'm here to give you tips and advice, help you tackle specific challenges, give you a bit of tough love when needed, but most importantly, support you throughout your health journey.
Over the course of our sessions, we'll talk about healthy habits, cooking, daily routines, meal planning, and exercise, but we'll also talk about your larger goals, and how the foods you choose to put on your plate can serve as a step toward achieving the life you want for yourself.
